Shipping policy

Orders will be processed 4-8 business days once your purchase is complete.  After your item is created, it is then shipped within 3-5 business days.  Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Urban District Apparel is not responsible for these charges.  They are the responsibility of the customer.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
